🌍 Global Co-Head of Incubation | |

Since our founding in 2015, we have supported over 100 social enterprises through our Incubation Programme (or some form of it – BfE has evolved over the years!) to become more financially sustainable. While we're proud of our track record, we know there's much more we can do to improve the resilience of our startups as they seek to scale their impact.
We have many exciting initiatives planned for the Incubation Division, and as the new Co-Head, you will be taking a leadership role managing a group of 6+ people to turn these ideas into reality! If you are interested in social entrepreneurship, accelerator programs, and are passionate about building sustainable businesses to address the UN SDGs, then this position is perfect for you. Use your strategic vision and problem solving skills to transform our core offering for social enterprises – and have fun in the process.

As a large and growing organisation of 250+ volunteers spread around the globe, it can be difficult to maintain a vibrant global community. However, with so many students and professionals sharing similar interests, a significant amount of connections are left unexplored.
Do you want to counteract this by being our community guru and helping to plan exciting social and professional opportunities for our members? Do you love connecting with people from diverse backgrounds? Want to lead our expanding community and grow the affinity people have towards BfE?
