Brenda has very good talent in product design and could always come up with proper ideas to which features should be built with our intranet. In addition, she also has very great personal charisma so all volunteers are keen to work with her. For example, she assisted the BfE Impact team to develop a solid dashboard for reporting, which is far beyond what we expect from a Tech volunteer, and that has generated great values for us in terms of measuring our social impact.
